Our 2018 Rye is double cask finished in Virgin French Oak, before being enriched with Ancient French Brandy, adding mouthdeel and balance. XO Calvados provides a rich apple profile that perfectly complements the spicy nature of the grain. 1973 Armagnac brings stewed fruits and cinnamon to the party, 1941 brings walnuts and mellow oak, and 1928 a drop of Gatsby Era falir that inspired the classic cocktails that this spirit was made to elevate.
