Grape varieties 40% chardonnay from the Les Hureaux plot, in OGER and 60% pinot noir from the Le Meurtet plot
Appearance: very beautiful golden-yellow hue
Nose: nectar of elegance and complexity; light roasting and minerality
Palate: Elegant, complex, fresh and long. Buttered and brioche aromas, lightly toasted, with the fruitiness of apricot and a velvety and balanced finish
Serve between 8°C and 10°C in a large glass for the aromas to develop. It is a Grand Vin which reveals itself over the minutes. It is perfectly appreciated as an aperitif, then with fish and shellfish. All-time champagne for insiders, which ensures splendor and personality. BOOK can be decanted and recorked half an hour in the fridge before serving.
